Terms and Conditions

• Credit Policy: We are unable to offer any form of credit.
• Payment Requirements: If your account/service is activated before payment is made, full payment must be sent promptly.
  • If payment is not made in full within 30 days or the terms stated on your invoice, all technical support for the site will be revoked.
  • If payment is still not made in the following 7-day period, your account will be deleted from our servers, and all DNS services will stop.
• Reactivation Fee: If your account is cancelled and later re-activated, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of up to £50.00.
• Pricing: Prices for products or services purchased from us are as displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any fee beyond what is advertised.
• Renewal Rates: The price for renewing items that are due to expire will be at the current advertised rate for the item.

Cancellation Rights

As stated in the regulations, consumers cannot cancel an agreement or return goods for services which begin, with the consumer’s agreement, before the end of the cancellation period. The sale of domain names from Domain Services & Management Ltd is a service to which such an agreement is accepted. Both design and domain names are considered services where goods sold are made/provided to the consumer’s personal specifications, which also falls outside of this regulation.

Domain Services & Management Ltd complies with all relevant regulations.

Domain Name Registration Terms

• Registration Period: Domain names are registered for a two-year basis unless otherwise specified or agreed.
• Registrant Responsibility: It is the registrant’s responsibility to confirm that registrations and renewals have been successfully completed. Payment of an invoice does not confirm successful registration or renewal of a domain.
• Renewal Responsibility: We accept no ongoing responsibility for re-registering (renewing) the domain name or ensuring that it remains in force. We will attempt to contact the registrant prior to renewal using the contact details on record, inviting the registrant to renew before the renewal date. Contact will be made within 30 days of the expiry date.
• Liability Disclaimer: Domain Services & Management Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any rights or breaches caused by the domain name registration.
• Contractual Relationship: The contract for the registration is between you (the client) and the appropriate Naming Authority. Domain Services & Management Ltd acts as your (the client’s) agent.
• Naming Authority Terms: You (the client) are bound by the terms and conditions of the Naming Authority.
• Registration Confirmation: We cannot guarantee that you will be able to register any requested name. Until we have given specific confirmation of registration, you (the client) cannot assume that registration has been effected.
• Third-Party Rights: We give no warranty that the requested Internet Domain Name will not infringe on the rights of any third party. You (the client) indemnify us against any such infringements.
• Domain Configuration: No maintenance fee will be charged for changes to the domain name configuration, limited to changing the registered nameservers for the domain and releasing the name to a new tag.
• Outstanding Fees: We reserve the right to demand any outstanding fees be paid before releasing the domain name to a new registrar.
